These terms cover your use of the Weekend Flyer website and app, run by DM Solutions and Development (“Weekend Flyer”, “we”). By using Weekend Flyer you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Weekend Flyer.
What Weekend Flyer is
Weekend Flyer helps you find and plan weekend trips around events. We are not an airline, hotel, ticket seller or travel agent, and we don’t sell or book travel ourselves. When you book, you book directly with a partner (such as an airline, a hotel booking site or a ticket site), under that partner’s own terms, prices, fees and policies, including their cancellation and refund rules. Your contract for each booking is with that partner.
Prices and information
Prices on Weekend Flyer can change. We include the taxes and mandatory fees we know about, but flights, rooms and tickets change price and sell out, often quickly. The price and availability at the partner’s checkout are final.
- When a ticket seller doesn’t list a price, the price we show covers the flight and hotel only, marked “+ ticket”. Check the ticket price on the seller’s site.
- Event details (names, dates, times and venues) come from third parties and can change or be cancelled. Check with the organizer or ticket seller before you travel.
- Weather is a forecast, or the typical weather for those dates (“typ.”), not a promise.
- Travel times, distances and suggested plans are guidance only.
Weekend Flyer is in preview: features, and how often we check prices, may change while we test.
Partner links and commissions
Some links to partners are affiliate links: if you book, the partner may pay us a commission. This doesn’t change your price. Partner sites are run by those partners, not us, and we aren’t responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
Using Weekend Flyer
You’re welcome to use Weekend Flyer for your own, personal trip planning. Please don’t:
- copy, scrape or harvest Weekend Flyer’s content or data by automated means, or build a competing database from it;
- interfere with Weekend Flyer, overload it, or try to get around its limits or security;
- use Weekend Flyer for anything unlawful, or to mislead others.
Our content
Weekend Flyer’s design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors. Event, venue and team names belong to their owners and are used only to describe events; their appearance on Weekend Flyer doesn’t mean they endorse or work with us.
No warranties
Weekend Flyer is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that Weekend Flyer will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or that any price or event will be available.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Weekend Flyer isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for anything arising from a booking you make with a partner or from an event that changes or is cancelled. Our total liability for any claim about Weekend Flyer is limited to US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
We may update Weekend Flyer and these terms. When we change the terms, we’ll update the date at the top; if you keep using Weekend Flyer after that, the new terms apply.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
